ECHO HEARTIST SERIES

At ECHO, cocktails are a creative expression of Phuket, brought to life through the passion and personality of our Heartists. Meet Khun Bank, the Heartist behind a signature collection of tea-infused cocktails, where bold flavours, thoughtful ingredients, and his own creative approach come together.

Created in collaboration with Harney & Sons and Gordon’s, the collection brings tea, gin, and mixology into a distinctive series of cocktails, each crafted to offer a fresh perspective on the flavours and spirit of Phuket.

ECHO Heartist Series by Bank

MEET KHUN BANK

Bank’s journey behind the bar began with a simple start as a drink server. What began as a job soon became a curiosity about everything inside the glass, from ingredients and techniques to the stories and conversations that happen around a good drink.

That curiosity led him to become a bartender and eventually create cocktails of his own. Today at ECHO, Bank brings his personality, creativity, and passion to every drink he creates, always believing that a great cocktail should have a story to tell.

THE COLLECTION

Discover a new take on the cocktail experience through the distinctive character of Harney & Sons teas paired with the botanical notes of Gordon’s. Together, the ingredients bring tea, gin, and creative mixology into one glass.

Harney & Sons brings carefully selected teas that add depth, aroma, and distinctive flavour to each cocktail.

Gordon’s provides the classic gin foundation, with its characteristic juniper-led profile and botanical notes complementing the tea-inspired creations.

M-BAR HEARTIST SERIES

At M-Bar, cocktails are a celebration of Phuket, brought to life through the creativity and character of our Heartists. Discover a collection of signature cocktails crafted with premium spirits, tropical ingredients, and island-inspired flavours, each reflecting the personality and craft of the Heartist behind the bar.

Created exclusively for M-Bar, these signature cocktails bring together fresh ingredients, thoughtful combinations, and creative mixology, offering a taste of Phuket with every pour.
