• This offer is valid for Thai Residents and expatriates residing in Thailand. Guests are required to present a valid Thai ID card or work permit upon check-in.

• The voucher is valid for a one-night stay, including breakfast for up to two persons. Multiple vouchers may be combined for consecutive nights.
• Once purchased, the room voucher is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, packages, or special offers.
• ALL Accor+ and ALL Accor members may earn points in accordance with programme terms; however, additional discounts or member benefits cannot be applied.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline any damaged, altered, or illegible vouchers, and is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Reservation Process

• Please provide your voucher number to the reservations team when booking.
• The original voucher must be presented upon check-in.
• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled by notifying the reservations team at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this period will be considered a forfeiture of the voucher, and it cannot be reused.
• In case of a no-show, the voucher will be deemed forfeited and is no longer valid for future use.
