Eligibility

1. ALL Meeting Planner members can earn Reward points and Status points when organizing eligible events, including business meetings, residential seminars, weddings, birthday celebrations, and social gatherings.
2. To qualify for Reward points, the member’s ALL Meeting Planner membership number must be provided at the time of booking and the member must be identified as the beneficiary in the event contract.

Social Events

3. Social events must have a minimum of eight (8) guests. There is no maximum guest requirement.
4. The offer is valid when an event space is booked at the hotel together with food and beverage, catering, or banquet services.
5. Food and beverage consumption alone does not qualify as an eligible event. For example, a dinner reservation for 10 guests in a restaurant without a dedicated event booking is not eligible.
6. ALL Meeting Planner members are eligible to earn Reward points and Status points on social events held at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji from 28 August 2024.

Business Events

7. Business events must include a minimum contracted peak of eight (8) guest rooms.
8. The group must materialize at least 80% of the total contracted room nights to qualify for the offer.

Double Points Offer

9. The Double Points Meeting Planner Offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to ALL Meeting Planner members.
10. To qualify, members must:

• Register for the Offer via the designated website;
• Hold their event during the promotional period; and
• Complete full payment for the event by 31 December 2026.

11. Eligible members will receive double Reward points on qualifying events held at participating hotels enrolled in the ALL Meeting Planner programme, up to a maximum of 50,000 Reward points per event.
12. The bonus consists of an additional credit equal to the number of Reward points earned from the eligible event.
13. Reward points and Status points will be credited after the participating hotel has received full payment.
14. Reward points earned through this Offer will be credited to the member’s account during the month following full payment of the event.

Eligible Events

15. For the purposes of this Offer, an eligible event includes the booking of event space together with associated event expenditures, including food and beverage services and group accommodation, whether charged separately or as part of a package price.
16. Eligible event types include:

• Business meetings
• Conferences and seminars
• Residential meetings
• Weddings
• Engagement parties
• Birthday celebrations
• Family gatherings
• Similar social or corporate events

Participating Destinations

17. The Offer is valid for eligible events booked, held, and fully paid at participating ALL Meeting Planner hotels across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, subject to participation by individual hotels.

Additional Conditions

18. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or bonus points campaign. Where multiple offers are applicable, only the offer providing the highest Reward points benefit will be awarded.
19. Events paid entirely using Reward points are not eligible for this Offer.
20. The Offer is subject to availability at participating hotels.
21. Hotel-specific booking conditions, cancellation policies, and terms of sale remain applicable.
22. ALL Accor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
