This program is designed for people whose daily lives are hectic and stressful. A selection of alternative Asian stress relief practices are introduced to the participants to help them establish more balance and harmony in their lives. The main goal of this program is to offer the team personal tools to establish more balance in their lives. Most people today live in very stressful environment, and these ancient practices offer will offer them time to reflect and appreciate what is important in life, helping develop a healthier lifestyle and a more balanced outlook.
The program starts with a passive introduction to each other and a brief description of the events ahead. The group will engage in a 60 minute introduction to Yoga, 60 minute introduction to Meditation, a trip to the local temple to make an offering to the Buddhist monks.
