The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides the following transfer options for its guests from the airport to the resort

Terms and Conditions:

Special Group Rate for Individual Bookings:

• By Monday 2nd September 2024 at 17:00 hrs. (Thai time) (60 DAYS)

• 100% cancellation charge will be applied for any additional rooms cancelled after Monday 2nd September 2024 at 17:00 hrs. (Thai time), will be charged directly to the given credit card.

• Any additional room required after Monday 2nd September 2024 at 17:00 hrs. (Thai time), will be subject to availability which the best available rate will be offered.

• A full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Room Rate Inclusions, Commercial Terms and Conditions:

General:

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room.

• The room rate is inclusive of an 18.7% service charge and government taxes combined. (The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to an increase or decrease in government tax, and any restructuring in government tax introduced.)

• The room is offered with in-room WI-FI Internet access.

• Extra bed (size 90 cm x 180 cm) is available for adding in Grand Deluxe Room as optional at THB 1,800 net per night inclusive of breakfast.

Spa Package Condition:

• There are 3 spa sessions available to choose from at THB 3,000 net:

• AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE: Fingertip and palm pressure applied evenly about the body with essential oils used to relax or rejuvenate the senses, perfect for general de-stress or jet lag recovery

• THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE: Holistic, non-oil treatment that combines rhythmic massage, acupressure and gentle twisting to stimulate muscles and release tension all over the body

• HEAD & SHOULDER MASSAGE: A universal relaxation treatment concentrating on the neck, head, back and scalp by using firm strokes and aroma infused hot towels

• Guest to book the space by 1st October 2024.

Breakfast:

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room and up to 4 guests for two bedroom categories.

Payment:

• All confirmed reservations need to have credit card to guarantee.

• Full payment is required upon reservation as deposit payment to guarantee booking and non-refundable.

Child Policy:

• Deluxe Room can accommodate for 2 adults 1 child less than 12 years old for one child sharing bed with parent as complimentary.

• Grand Deluxe Room can accommodate for 2 adults 2 children less than 12 years old for one child sharing bed with parent and one child will have a complimentary sofa bed set up in the room.

• Extra bed (size 90cm x 180 cm) is available to be added in Grand Deluxe Room as optional at THB 1,600 net per night inclusive of breakfast.

Check In and Check Out:

• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. (03:00 pm) on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement

• Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. (12:00 pm) noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability.

• The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, in-house video, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest. If the guest requests to pay by cash, the Hotel will require a 2,000 THB per day cash deposit on check in, the balance of which will be refunded on check out.

Early check-in/Late check-out Information:

• Should you prefer to ensure all guest rooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.

• Late check-out till 16:00 hrs. (4 pm) is 50% of contracted rate and subject to space availability.

• Late check-out after 16:00 hrs. (4 pm) – equivalent to 1 night charge of contracted rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Terms:

When the cancellation request is received by the Hotel:

• Between 59 days and the event date

  • 100% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

Force Majeure:

On account of the force majeure events like the earthquakes, fires, floods, hurricanes, typhoons, tsunamis, local epidemics, war, embargo, strike, riot, or the compulsion or banning measures from the government and so on, which make the either party cannot fulfil or delay in performance, such party shall be exempted from liability for breach of this agreement. The party affected by force majeure shall promptly notify the other party, and make every effort to minimize the losses. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, clients shall be entitled to get full refund of security deposit under the force majeure events as described in this clause.
