Please note that we will provide regular updates on the completion timeline should the work be finished earlier or extended beyond the planned schedule.

May – June: Major construction and structural work. Noise levels will be high.
July – August: Moderate structural work. Noise levels will be medium.
September – October: Painting, light finishing, and furniture installation. Noise levels will be minimal.

WHAT STAYS OPEN

To ensure a seamless stay, key facilities such as the Main Lobby, C Bar, Vero Restaurant, Azur Pool, Azur Pool Bar, Dhatri Spa, and Beach Access will remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment.

For those seeking a tranquil retreat, the Float adults-only zone and M Bar will not be impacted thanks to their elevated location, ensuring modern Mexican and margarita enjoyment.

FOR FAMILIES

Please note that guests with children may be more impacted by the renovations, as Elements is situated near the main pool area, which is the designated swimming pool for children under the age of 18.
