Transforming Experiences: Exciting Renovations at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

From 5 May to 31 October 2025, we’re reimagining our spaces to bring you elevated stays and innovative dining experiences. During this time, Elements Restaurant, our all-day dining venue, will be closed for a complete transformation. Rest assured, delightful dining options will continue at the Arcadia Dining Area (ADA) by Elements, overlooking a serene waterfall.

UPDATE AUGUST 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards and continuously enhancing our guest experience, we would like to inform you that our main swimming pool (Azur Pool) will be temporarily closed from 8 to 30 September for essential maintenance and upgrades. These works are necessary to ensure the pool remains a safe, comfortable, and high-quality space for all our guests to enjoy.

We understand this may impact your stay, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please rest assured that we have carefully selected this period to carry out the work in a way that causes the least disruption possible.

To ensure all guests continue to enjoy their time with us:

• The Float Pool, usually reserved for adults only, will be open to guests of all ages throughout this period.
• For families with young children, please note that the Float Pool does not have a shallow children’s area, and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• The MBar zone and the sun lounger deck above the Gym will remain adults only, providing a peaceful space to relax.
• The Azur Pool Bar, located next to the main pool, will also be closed during this time, but all other bars and dining venues will operate and our team will be happy to guide you to alternative spots to enjoy elsewhere around the resort.

At ADA, guests can continue to enjoy:

• Daily Buffet Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
• Thai Favorites Lunch: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Taste of Thailand Dinner: 5:00 PM to 09:00 PM

We remain committed to delivering the exceptional Pullman experience you’ve come to know and love. As part of this commitment, guest rooms will be carefully allocated in the upper area of the resort, conveniently located near Float Pool and M Bar, and distanced from the renovation work at Elements.

PHASES OF WORK

Please note that we will provide regular updates on the completion timeline should the work be finished earlier or extended beyond the planned schedule.

• May – June: Major construction and structural work. Noise levels will be high. ✔️
• July – August: Moderate structural work. Noise levels will be medium.
• September – October: Painting, light finishing, and furniture installation. Noise levels will be minimal.

WHAT STAYS OPEN

To ensure a seamless stay, key facilities such as the Main Lobby, C Bar, Vero Restaurant, Dhatri Spa, and Beach Access will remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment.
