Room Availability and Allocation
- For stays between the main group date 17–21 March 2027 & 3 days prior and after, the group’s contracted allocation applies to Deluxe Rooms.
  
  Grand Deluxe Rooms, Ocean Rooms and One Bedroom Ocean Pool Villas are available at special group rates, subject to availability at the time of reservation. As these categories have limited inventory, the special rates may be restricted or closed on high-demand dates, even when rooms remain available under other rates.
  
  • Twin bed requests are subject to availability at the time of reservation. If twin beds are unavailable, separate duvets will be provided.
  
  • Adjoining rooms, specific room assignments, and other room preferences are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel is approximately 8 kilometers or 5 miles from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine for its guests from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

Breakfast

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
- The hotel requires a credit card upon check-in to cover incidental charges, including minibar, telephone, and other guest expenses.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Information

To guarantee room availability before the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, we recommend reserving the room for the night prior to arrival at the Best Available Rate (BAR). While every effort will be made to accommodate early check-in requests on the day of arrival, they remain subject to room availability.
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of the Best Available Rate (BAR), subject to availability.
- Late check-out after 6:00 PM: Equivalent to one night's charge based on the Best Available Rate (BAR), subject to availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To cancel or amend a room booking, please submit your request in writing to the hotel's Reservations Department at H7488-RE@accor.com.
- Cancellations made within sixty (60) days prior to the group's arrival date, or on or after 16 January 2027, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total confirmed room nights.
- In the event of a no-show, a charge equal to 100% of the total confirmed room nights for the entire scheduled stay will apply.
Deposit & Payment
- Full payment for the total room charges is required within seven (7) days of receiving the hotel booking confirmation together with the secure payment link.
Important Note

Our Reservations Team will send the official hotel booking confirmation together with a secure payment link to complete the payment.

Please ensure that the credit card used for payment is the same card presented upon check-in. If a different card is presented at check-in, the Front Desk will charge the newly presented card and refund the original payment to the card initially used.
