The hotel is approximately 8 kilometers or 5 miles from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine for its guests from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

General
- The room rate is inclusive of a combined 18.7% service charge and government taxes. The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices in the event of any increase, decrease, or restructuring of government taxes.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals, subject to room availability.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to room availability.
- The hotel requires a credit card upon check-in to cover incidental charges, including minibar, telephone, and other guest expenses.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Information

To guarantee room availability for early arrivals, we recommend reserving the room one day prior to arrival. Charges will be based on the Best Available Rate (BAR).
- Late check-out until 4:00 PM: 50% of the Best Available Rate (BAR), subject to availability.
- Late check-out after 4:00 PM: Equivalent to one night's charge based on the Best Available Rate (BAR), subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Any room cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date: One night penalty charge will apply.
- Any room cancelled within 29 days prior to the arrival date: Full penalty equivalent to the entire stay for each cancelled room.
Deposit & Payment
- A two-night deposit is required to guarantee the booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled upon departure.
Important Note

For actual room charges and deposit details, our Reservations Team will send the official hotel booking confirmation via email, along with a secure payment link to complete the payment process.

Please ensure that the credit card used for payment is the same card presented upon check-in. If a different card is presented at check-in, the Front Desk will charge the newly presented card and refund the original payment to the card initially used.
