Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach - Luxury hotel - Fred's 50's Birthday Celebrations | 27-29 March 2026

The hotel is approximately 8 kilometers or 5 miles from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine for its guests from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

General

• The room rate is inclusive of 18.7% service charge and government taxes combined. The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced

• Room rate is inclusive of in-room WI-FI Internet access and daily buffet breakfast.

• Twin bed is subject to availability upon the time of booking

Breakfast

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in time is 3 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to space availability.

• The Hotel will require a credit card on file from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest.

Early Check in / Late Check out Information

Should you prefer to ensure all guest rooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.

• Late check-out till 4 pm is 50% of the contracted rate and subject to space availability.

• Late check-out after 4 pm – equivalent to 1-night charge of contracted rate and subject to availability

• Cancellation terms: Entire Event (Both accommodation and event) Cancellation of this agreement will result in the following penalty for the group:

  • When the cancellation request is received by the Hotel | Cancellation fees

  • Signed contract received to 120 days | Paid Deposit Amount

  • Between 90 to 60 days before the event date | 75% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

  • Between 59 days and the event date |100% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

  Cancellation Policy

  • A full payment is required to confirm the reservation, the reservation link is valid till Tuesday 27 January 2026 17:00 hrs (Thailand time only.)

  • The reservation is non cancellation able, non refundable.

  • Any reservation requires after Tuesday 27 January 2026 17:01 hrs ( Thailand time ) is subject to hotel availability which the best available online rate will be offered.

  Payment

  • Our team will email you a secure payment link, and a booking confirmation will follow.

  • The full payment is required upon making a reservation through the hotel reservation link. Final payment (Any accidental during stay, if any) has to be paid by the guest upon check out.

  • All confirmed reservation needs to have credit card to guarantee, which a full payment is required.
