Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach - Luxury hotel - THAILAND INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW 2026

The hotel is approximately 8 kilometers or 5 miles from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine for its guests from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

General

• The room rates provided is inclusive of 18.7% service charge and government taxes combined. The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced

• Room rate is inclusive of in-room WI-FI Internet access and daily buffet breakfast.

• Twin bed is subject to availability upon the time of booking

• The rate is only vaild for visitors for Thailand International Boat Show 2025

Breakfast

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in time is 3 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to space availability.

• The Hotel will require a credit card on file from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest.

Early Check in / Late Check out Information

Should you prefer to ensure all guest rooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.

• Late check-out till 4 pm is 50% of the contracted rate and subject to space availability.

• Late check-out after 4 pm – equivalent to 1-night charge of contracted rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

• A full payment is required to confirm the reservation, the reservation link is valid till Friday 12th December 2025 17:00 hrs (Thailand time) only.

• Any reservation requires after Friday 12th December 2025 17:00 hrs ( Thailand time ) is subject to hotel availability which the best available online rate will be offered.

• To cancel or amend room bookings, please send a request in writing to the hotel’s Reservations department e-mail: H7488-RE@accor.com

• No cancellation fee if cancellations are reported to the hotel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• Cancellations reported to the hotel within 21 days of the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the total confirmed room charges.

• No Show and Shortened Stay are non-refundable.

Payment

• Our team will email you a secure payment link, and a booking confirmation will follow.

• A deposit equal to 100% of total room charge is required upon receipt of a room booking confirmation.

• The full payment is required upon making a reservation through the hotel reservation link. Final payment (Any incidental charges incurred during the stay, if any) has to be paid by the guest upon check out.

• All confirmed reservation needs to have credit card to guarantee, which a full payment is required.

Extra person charges:

• 3rd person (adult) @THB 1,600 net/night (include a roll-away bed and breakfast)

• 3rd person (child) @THB 1,400 net/night (include a roll-away bed and breakfast)

• 3rd person (child) @THB 450 net/night (include breakfast & no roll-away bed)

• Child is referred to 3-12 years of age

• Maximum 1 extra person allowed in a room
