Modification Policy: Modifications are not permitted. The booking amount remains non-refundable if the reservation is modified or cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refunds are not permitted. The full booking amount remains payable in the event of cancellation.

Guarantee Policy: The total stay amount must be paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The same credit card must be presented at reception upon arrival.

Stay Policies

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 hrs (early check-in subject to availability).

Check-out: By 12:00 hrs (late check-out subject to availability).

Children Policy

• Up to 2 children under 12 years old enjoy complimentary accommodation and breakfast when sharing their parents’ room.

• Existing bedding will be used. A crib or rollaway bed may be provided subject to room size and availability.

• Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Credit Card Policy

• The credit card used for the booking must be presented at check-in.

• The cardholder must be one of the guests listed in the booking. If the card or proof of payment cannot be presented, a new payment may be required upon arrival.
