Attrition and cancellation terms for individual booking with group rate offered;

• Group rate is valid for reservation made by 13 June 2019 at 18:00 (GMT+7) ,
• Any additional room required after 13 June 2019 at 18:00 (GMT+7), will be subject to availability with best available rate will be applied.
• Rates are available to delegates 3 days pre/post the event

Payment

• All confirmed reservation needs to have credit card to guarantee.

• Bookings are guaranteed by the payment of the first night rate by credit card when the booking is made.
• Final payment (100% of the global amount) together with other expenses has to be paid by the Client upon check out.

Room Cancellation

• For cancellation before 10 June 2019, 1 night deposit charge will be applied as penalty charge.
• For cancellation after 10 June 2019, 100% room charge will be charged directly to the given credit card (clients).

Room Rate Inclusions, Commercial Terms and Conditions:

General:

• The room rate is inclusive of 18.7% service charge & government taxes combined. (Hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced).
• The room is offered with in-room WI-FI Internet access.
• Twin beds are subject to availability upon the time of booking.

Breakfast:

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast according to occupancy per room.

Check in & Check Out: 

• Check-in time is 03.00 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability.

Early check-in/Late check-out Information:

• Should you prefer to ensure all guestrooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.
• Late check-out till 6 pm is 50% of contracted rate and subject to space availability.
• Late check-out after 6 pm – equivalent to 1 night charge of contracted rate and subject to availability.
