Cancellation policy:

When the cancellation request is received by the Hotel:

• Up to 21 Days before the event date : Refundable
• Between 21 to 14 days before the event date : 50% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled
• Between 14 days and the event date : 100% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled
