General:

• The room rate is inclusive of 18.7% service charge & government taxes combined. (Hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced).
• The room is offered with in-room WI-FI Internet access.

Breakfast:

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room

Check in/out:

• Check-in time is 2 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to space availability.

Early check-in/Late check-out Information:

• Should you prefer to ensure all guestrooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.
• Late check-out till 6 pm is 50% of contracted rate and subject to space availability.
• Late check-out after 6 pm – equivalent to 1 night charge of contracted rate and subject to space availability.

Payment:

• A 100% deposit is required upon making reservation and non-refundable
