The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine Service from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

- Toyota Commuter (Max 7 passengers) @ THB 700.-net per van per way

*** The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax. *** The amendment of limousine service requires minimum of 3 hours advance notice. Late cancellation or a no-show charge will be applied.

General:
- The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room.
- The room is offered with in-room WI-FI Internet access.
- The room rate is inclusive of 18.7% service charge & government taxes combined. (Hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced).
- Additional charge for extra person is THB 1,600 Net included breakfast and extra bed
- 1 night deposit must be guaranteed by a credit card. The Hotel can provide a booking form for completion by your delegates.
Child Policy:
- Deluxe Room can accommodate for 2 adults 1 child less than 12 years old for one child sharing bed with parent as complimentary.
- Grand Deluxe Room can accommodate for 2 adults 2 children less than 12 years old for one child sharing bed with parent and one child will have a complimentary sofa bed set up in the room.
- Extra bed (size 90cms x 180 cms) is available at THB 1,600 net per night inclusive of breakfast.
Check in & Check Out:
- Check-in time is 03.00 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should be advised to the Hotel for separate arrangement.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability.
- The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, in-house video, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest. If the guest requests to pay by cash, the Hotel will require a 2,000 THB per day cash deposit on check in, the balance of which will be refunded on check out.
Early check-in/Late check-out Information:
- Should you prefer to ensure all guestrooms be ready prior to guests' early arrivals, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.
- Late check-out till 6 pm is 50% of contracted rate and subject to space availability.
- Late check-out after 6 pm – equivalent to 1 night charge of contracted rate and subject to availability.
