Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach - Luxury hotel - Aminah & Bintang’s Wedding I 11-13 December 2025

The hotel is approximately 8 kilometers or 5 miles from Phuket International Airport. The resort provides Limousine for its guests from the airport to the resort at the following rates:

General

• The room rate is inclusive of 18.7% service charge and government taxes combined. The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices subject to increase or decrease in government tax and any restructure in government tax introduced

• Room rate is inclusive of in-room WI-FI Internet access and daily buffet breakfast.

• Twin bed is subject to availability upon the time of booking

• Ocean Room rate is subject to space availability upon request. No room being allocated.

• The reservation link will be valid until Monday, 10 Nov 2025.

• From Tue 11th Nov 2025, any requests for rooms will depend on hotel availability, with rates reflecting the best available online pricing.

Breakfast

• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast up to 2 guests per room.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in time is 3 PM on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. It is subject to room availability.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to space availability.

• The Hotel will require a credit card on file from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest.

Early Check in / Late Check out Information

Should you prefer to ensure your room be ready prior to your early arrivals, we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on Best Available Rates.

• Late check-out till 4 pm is 50% of Best Available Rates and subject to space availability.

• Late check-out after 4 pm – equivalent to 1-night charge of Best Available Rates and subject to availability

When the cancellation request is received by the Hotel :

• Any cancellation or “No Show” = 100% Cancellation charge apply

• A full payment is required to confirm the reservation,

• Important Note: For the actual room charges and/or deposit, our Reservations Team will send you the official hotel booking confirmation via email, along with a secure payment link to complete the payment process. Please ensure that the credit card used for the payment is the same card that will be presented upon check-in. If a different card is used, our Front Desk will request to charge the new card presented in person, and the earlier payment will be refunded to the original card used.
